When will my order be delivered?

Delivery times vary by product and country. Delivery times are listed on each product description. Some products can be delivered very quickly. All orders will be shipped from Shanghai, China. Our current policy is free shipping on all orders. The price you see for the product is the actual amount you will pay, without any additional fees. Please follow us if there are changes website information.

Our primary express delivery service companies are USPS, EMS, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, and some other dedicated express delivery services.

95% of orders are delivered in 15 days or less. We are actively working hard to reduce this time. (If you need to expedite your order, please contact us).

Standard Shipping Time(Free shipping): 10-15 business days (unless otherwise noted in the product description).
Express Shipping Time: 4-7 business days, Express shipping fee is $7.99(FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING OVER $79.99).

Most orders will ship within 2-4 business days unless otherwise noted in the notice bar. If more than 7 days have passed and your order has not been shipped please contact us ASAP for status.

If your order contains multiple items they may arrive in separate packages and may not arrive on the same day.

NOTE: For items that are meant for special occasions (Christmas, Halloween, birthdays and anniversaries etc.), we highly recommend placing the order at least 2 - 3 weeks prior to the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers are able to cancel individual items or entire orders that haven't entered the shipping process.
To cancel an order, please email us at service@jeskiss.com within 1 day (24 business hours) upon placing your orders.
Please note that orders that have begun processing for shipment cannot be canceled. Custom/personalized orders cannot be canceled once work has begun.
Other modifications such as updating or editing your shipping address and contact information (email, phone number, etc.) must also be requested within the 1 day (24 business hours) period.
