Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, new, unworn items can be returned to Jeskiss within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges:
You must return your original item before we are able to send your new item to production. If you want to exchange an item, please first reach out to customer service.

Damaged Item:
Click 'Contact Us' page and contact us via email. Please indicate any issues with the product, such as damaged product, incorrect order, or missing items.
Attach a clear image of the damaged item and describe the situation.
You can return the product and receive a full refund within 30 days after delivery(The return shipping costs will be covered by us).

Non-returnable product:
1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. Damage to or use of the product.
3. Incomplete packaging for goods.
4. More than 30 days after receiving the item.
5. Product with “engravings”, "customized", "personalized", "photo", "personal custom jewelry", and final sale are unavailable for return and exchange.

Return process:
Please contact our customer service within 30 days after receiving the goods.
1. Please provide pictures of the product and packaging.Once confirmed, please package the product and send it to the designated address.
2. We will refund the payment to your payment account within 3 working days of Jeskiss receiving the package.
3. If you encounter any problems during this period, please contact our customer service.

*If the package is lost, you will be responsible.
*The current costs for all returns and exchanges will be covered by us (Jeskiss).

Jeskiss reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
